Do i need french to teach drama?
Ok.. i am chooing my subjects this year and i want to be a drama teacher…. i dont wnt to take french …. but i got told that if you dont take french you might not get into a college …. i n o it depends on the college but ….. does it really matter?? Please help !!!

You don’t HAVE to learn french to get into college but a language course is very important.
Maybe you should take Spanish or German.
The best thing to do is research the colleges you’d like to go to and find out their requirements. Many colleges now a days require two credits from a language course.
My advise is to do a a class on a language from a place in the world that facinates you. If you’ve always wanted to visit Tokyo take a Japanese class. If you like Latin America maybe spanish is for you.
I personally have always been intrested in Deustchland (Germany) and love the language. But sadly my school sucks and doesn’t offer any language courses.
I am a drama teacher. I dont know a word of french. You can choose to take any language you want! (I took Spanish). You do have to take a language in college but they dont tell you which one to take. If they do, then you need to seek a different advisor.
